Key2MD provides educational coaching, practice tools and admissions guidance. It does not guarantee interview offers, medical school offers, CASPer quartiles, GAMSAT results, MMI performance or any other admission outcome.
No University Affiliation
Key2MD is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of GEMSAS, ACER, Acuity Insights, Casper, the UCAT Consortium, any university, medical school, specialist college or regulator.
Dan Brittain is a current University of Melbourne MD student. This is stated only as a factual biographical detail about Dan. It does not mean the University of Melbourne is involved in any way: nothing on this site is authorised, endorsed, sponsored by, reviewed by, or produced on behalf of the University of Melbourne (or any university), and all views, opinions, materials, scenarios and feedback on this site are Dan's own.
Student Responsibility
Admissions rules change. Students are responsible for checking official university, GEMSAS, ACER and Casper sources before making application, enrolment or financial decisions.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting an enquiry. You must not share paid access, abuse free limits, attempt to bypass security, scrape private endpoints, upload harmful files, or submit content that infringes another person's rights.
Key2MD may monitor privacy-safe account activity signals to protect fair access. If an account appears to be shared, Key2MD may contact the student, require re-login, limit access, or suspend paid access after manual review.
AI Feedback
AI feedback is a practice aid, not a final examiner mark. It can be wrong, incomplete or overly confident. Use it as one source of feedback alongside official guidance, self-reflection and human coaching where appropriate.
Results and Testimonials
Published outcomes, testimonials and offer-rate figures are examples from coached or tracked students and are shared with permission where students are identifiable. They are not guarantees that another student will receive the same result.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid products are processed through Stripe. Subscription products renew according to the plan shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription is the student's responsibility. Where cancellation controls are provided on the site or through the Stripe billing portal, cancellation stops the next renewal and access usually continues until the end of the current paid period. Credits and subscriptions should be checked before purchase to make sure they match your intended use.
Key2MD digital products are delivered online through your account or by email. Nothing physical is shipped. Subscription access, AI credits, mock exam access and digital feedback tools usually begin immediately after payment confirmation.
Refunds
Because digital access can begin immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Forgotten subscription renewals are not refunded for elapsed days. If a subscription was purchased by accident and you contact Dan promptly, Key2MD may offer a pro-rata refund for unused future days in the current paid period after the subscription is cancelled. Refunds are still considered case by case for duplicate payments, access faults, incorrect charges or other issues where the product did not work as intended. Contact Dan with your account email, purchase date and a short explanation. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
1:1 Session Cancellations
First-time sessions are secured with a deposit and are not refundable, subject to the deposit terms shown at the time of booking. For ongoing students, the first cancellation or reschedule of a booked 1:1 coaching session is free regardless of notice. After that, a session that is cancelled, rescheduled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice before the booked time is charged at 50% of the session fee, because the reserved time can no longer be reallocated at short notice. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before the booked time are free. Nothing in this policy excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Long-Term Packages and Bank Transfer
The long-term packages (the AI Year Pass, Coached Year and Ultimate) are paid by direct bank transfer to the account shown when you select a package. Access is set up manually after the transfer is received and cleared, usually within one business day. Your unlimited AI access runs until your stated interview date and expires on that date, capped at twelve months from the start of access; you must provide a genuine interview date no more than twelve months ahead. Any included one-on-one sessions and mock exams are delivered separately and are to be used within the access period.
Because these packages combine immediate unlimited digital access with reserved coaching time, change-of-mind refunds are not offered once access has been set up. The one-on-one coaching component is governed by the 1:1 Session Cancellations policy above. If your interview date changes, contact Dan and Key2MD will reasonably adjust your access end date within the twelve-month cap. Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Live Sessions: Recording and Intellectual Property
Live 1:1 sessions and group classes are recorded by Key2MD. These recordings are made and kept solely to protect the integrity of the sessions and to deal with any allegation of misconduct, dispute or safety concern. They are not published, sold or shared except where reasonably necessary for that purpose or where required by law.
The teaching content delivered in these sessions, including the stations, scenarios, explanations, model answers and live discussion, is the copyrighted intellectual property of Key2MD. Students must not record, screen-capture, stream, photograph or otherwise reproduce any part of a live session, in whole or in part and by any means, and must not share, distribute or republish session content. Joining a session is taken as agreement to this condition.
Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Content Ownership
Key2MD owns or licenses the site design, practice stations, rubrics, written explanations, calculators and tool logic. You may use them personally for study. You may not copy, resell, republish or systematically reproduce the materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Key2MD is not liable for admissions outcomes, application decisions, lost opportunities, indirect loss, or decisions made based on site content or AI feedback. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded.
