- Polished but hollow answers that do not reveal who you are.
- Reciting values rather than showing them through real examples.
- Not engaging with the person in front of you in role-play or conversation.
- Generic motivation that could apply to any applicant or school.

Notre Dame's Doctor of Medicine is a graduate-entry program of around four years, delivered at its Sydney and Fremantle schools with a strong emphasis on ethics, communication and community/regional placements.
